Five weeks old

Cole is 5 weeks old today! He is growing so fast! He laughed for the first time this week! I have caught him laughing 3 times. I love it! It's usually right after I feed him. Cole had his first big road trip! We went up to Lehi to meet all the family. He did really well! Although we are headed home with a stuffy nose and cough! Hopefully it doesn't last too much longer. Cole had his first major blow out. It was all over him and his onsie and Cass did a great job cleaning him, annalee dressed him, and I took out the trash! Team effort! 

Cole still loves bath time, always takes a good nap after. When we give him a bath, he gets excited and pushes off the side of sink with his legs. After a sneeze or a poop, he goes cross eyed! He loves Grams crazy stories. He loves car rides, he makes extra gabble and cooing noises! He is starting to sleep until 4-5am. Since he is sick, we sucked out a lot of big boogers and it made him cry. Unlce William and Andrew felt really bad for him and then Andrew started gagging when the big boogers were coming out! Everyone got their practice in changing on Cole! He loves back and belly rubs, it always calms him down. His newborn sleeper outfits are getting to short for him! At night time, when we turn out the lights, his eyes go wide open. It's so cute. When we were at the cabin, he was sleeping inbetween Cass and I. I woke up and as I opened my eyes he was staring at me with his big blue shadowed eyes. It made me giggle. He was patiently waiting for me to wake up. This may sound bad but Cass and I love to watch him get frustrated. His grunts and little screams get loud and then he surprises/shocks himself after making the noise. His face looks like "Did I just make that noise?" His neck is getting so strong!!

Aunt Shelby came to meet you! and she is 21 weeks pregnant, growing a best friend for Cole!
