Cass's sister and family came down and we went Mountain Biking and it was a blast! We went on a 17 mile ride and it took us about 4 hours and oh man! My bum was sore! ha but I was super excited because the first time I went on a bike ride with this crazy family, I STRUGGLED ha and lagged behind. Then I made a decision that day that if I wanted to be in this family that I had to gain better mountain biking skills. SO I went to the gold gyms spin class faithfully and kept running and yes....I stayed up with this crazy family! This was a HUGE accomplishment. Oh and the first time it was like 4 miles of failure..this time was 17 miles of greatness! YAY! It was a beautiful day!

Mike & Kera (Cass's Sister and Hubby)
So Mike is just 6 weeks post op of a femur fracture...This was his FIRST outing since surgery and he lead the team the whole way! CRAZY! .... only a couple of pain pills after ;)

Then after this great experience, I took Lee out the follow Monday and took her on the 4 mile ride and she did great and LOVED it! YAY.... Spreading the GREATNESS OF ST GEORGE!!!
