GRADUATION of the Lucky 13-1's.

Look! There they are sitting prefect and still! They marched on stage and they looked so good! It was an awesome feeling for Cass and I as they came on the stage. The sense that graduation was here, I almost couldn't control my emotions of excitement!

This is Firefigther Kendrick. He is a legend. This was his last academy. He has done academy's for 14 years which means he has trained half of the CCFD.

OHH BABY! Men in uniform...my man in a uniform....

Chief Washington pinned the badge to Firefighter Cassidy Overman.

Funny story: Cass thought Chief Washington put his arms out for a hug so Cass went in for it and was the only Recruit to get a hug from Chief Washington. They look good!

They recited the firefighter prayer and were sworn into the Clark County Fire Department. There graduation was put on very well. All of the speakers did a very good job. The class video and slide show was very fun to watch! I was very impressed.

I'm so proud of Cass. It was a long road of lots of hard work and stress, but he finished it. The speakers kept mentioning "If the Recruits came home and told their families about a hard day, that it was 10 times harder than they really said it was"

This is there class plaque. Ryan, Jonathon and Cass worked very hard on it! It was quite the project but it turned out very well! and just to mention I cut out all the pictures ;)

My awesome family! Who missed a couple days of school to come to the beautiful city of Las Vegas. They loved it.

I'm one lucky wife! I love you Cass.

Then we went to the CHEESECAKE FACTORY to celebrate. We packed all the present inside and we loved all of the great gifts! We got this key rack and a way cute shadow box from my parents.

I got Cass this firetruck for when the kids come over to play. haha We have a firefighter in the house now we have a    fire truck!

Kade loved it! He wanted to play with it right away!

Then....bom bom ta dum! A FIREFIGHTER AXE!!! Cass was super excited.

haha Brayton turned one and Cass and I gave brayton his present soon. He loved it! Check out his cute face!!

Cass was exhausted! We need to the hotel were my family was staying and he fell right asleep. cute man.

Then we went to the Graduation party! Haha it was my first vegas party that I've ever been too. They had to check my ID to get in. haha 

I was super excited to get dressed up for the party. There are not very many Mormon party dresses so I had to do some modifications and I was pleased. I got my dress from Kolhs and added the black lace to the bottom and made it long enough for my long legs!

This was our Mo Mo corner, that is what they called it. haha Mo Mo is for Mormon. The non-alcoholic corner. It was great! I love our standards! This day was long and so great to celebrate that the academy was OVER!

Police/Fire Department Race and Family Day.

 

I was so excited for this day! I ran my first 10k. It was pretty fun and tough. I hadn't ran since the Marathon and I had just been going to Spin class so I thought I would be good but I thought wrong! It was still fun.

I just had to put this up just so you can see than I'm a monster compared to Pam haha

Then the Men came in to finish! They ran a 5k. In their full turn outs. Lets just say, they were super sweaty!

They ran in cadence and sang songs. It was fun to watch!

Then they all stood there and let us take pictures in front of them. Can you find Cass?? There shirts were light gray in the beginning haha.

This caught me completely off guard, I took 1st place in my age group! I wasn't paying attention and then I heard my name announced so I went up to the stand and he said "Congrats! You won 1st place" and I thought he said 4th place and I was like "Sweet! 4th place!" and he was like "No, 1st place!" "awesomeeeeeeee"

Then we went to Family Day. It was so much fun! I was so proud of Cass and his Class. They put on a show for us to see what they have learned during the Academy. It was amazing.

They simulated a real fire and started a fog machine. All the fire trucks came up lights and sirens put the fire out! That is Cass climbing up the ladder. Then after they lit two cars and a train on fire and showed us how to put it out! It was amazing.

That is Cass spraying the fire hose! I'm so proud of him and can't wait for Graduation on Thursday!

Then...we started to pull them behind the boat?? Sure why not! The cute newly weds!

I got to fly to Salt Lake. Way fun! 51 minute flight vs a 6 hr drive!

We celebrated the 24th of July. Pure Trouble!

Enjoyed the Alder's firework show!

I brushed Diesel and his coat was so pretty!

Played some mini golf with the family!

Now for the randoms....THESE precious BABIES were BORN! Happy and Healthy! Cierra and Ryker. Both close to 4lbs. Darling little things! and a Beautiful happy mama!

From my TRAUMATIC experience from the St. George Dentist....I thought I couldn't like a dentist again... BUT I love my new dentist in Vegas!! He is amazing! He's got skills.
